Easy Saag Paneer for when you want a healthy, indulgent curry without all the fuss or expense. Spiced chilli paneer in a delicious yoghurt and spinach curry. Serve with raita and scoop up with warm naan or roti.
Healthy yet indulgent
Not all curries are made equally. This homemade saag paneer is high in protein, fibre & iron, all of which help support energy levels. More importantly, it’s delicious. With aromatic herbs and spices, large chunks of paneer, and earthy spinach caressed in creamy yoghurt. Sound a bit hyperbolic? I promise you this saag panner is that good.
Paneer has become my go to whenever I dine out an Indian restaurant. With melt in your mouth creamy blocks of cheese, what’s not to like? It takes only 20 minutes to cook. Like I said what’s not to like?
