Soft and moist banana oat bites with peanut butter, dark chocolate and vanilla. Basically all the best ingredients wrapped up in little chewy breakfast biscuit.
These oat bites are a great alternative to your usual (and bland!) bowl of porridge or cereal. Think warm, bite sized pieces of peanuty banana bread that take only 10 minutes in the oven.
These nut energy balls are the ultimate healthy vegan snack; no oil or sugar is needed to make these soft and squidgy bites. All they warrant is a ripe banana and vanilla to make the energy balls extra moist, fugdy and naturally sweet.
