My Story
Hello! I’m a recipe creator living in the south east of England. I have been vegetarian since 2012. Recently I have enjoyed creating more healthy plant based recipes which use whole foods, alternative grains and healthier sugars. This was in response to a decade worth of gastrointestinal issues which saw me diagnosed with SIBO and IBS. Yes it’s been challenging but I have also felt reinvigorated to get back in the kitchen cooking and baking recipes from maple mocha brownies to harissa red pepper traybake. And you know what? Healthy plant based food is incredibly versatile and truly delicious!
What can you expect from a veggie feast?
Here you will find recipes dedicated to healthy plant based, nourishing food with a focus on using seasonal, wholesome ingredients.
A plant based diet has been shown to be great for our health, animal welfare and the planet. In an effort to further reduce my carbon footprint I have been looking to minimise food waste and make use of seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
From 2023 onwards all recipes will be plant based and refined sugar free. Many recipes will also be gluten free and vegan so no-one need feel left out!
What have I been up to?
In 2021 I attended the beautiful Demuths cookery school and achieved their Demuths Vegan Diploma Level 2.
I have partnered up with vegan companies and created content for brands including ombar, gnawbles and creative nature
My recipes have been featured in the UK’s best selling vegan magazine, Vegan Food and Living.
